Tom visited Hokusai class to teach us how to make sushi.
We pressed vinegared rice into nori (seaweed strips). We then added cucumber or carrot and very carefully rolled them up.
We presented our sushi neatly, as presentation is very important to sushi chefs.
Finally, we tasted our sushi, dipped in soy sauce. It was delicious!

Johura - Me and Zaynab B did not want to eat it but it was actually nice but it was hard using chopsticks.
fawzia - I know Nuzhat, me and Zaynab B did not want to eat it but it is nice. We did not put raw fish in it. Plus I forgot to get a container to put sushi in. Sorry Rabia, I forgot!
