O'Keeffe Class visited The Royal Mail Sorting Office. We learned all about how postmen and postwomen sort and deliver letters and parcels. Did you know that in one day The Royal Mail sorting Office in Burdett Road, sorts and delivers 36,000 letters and 7,500 parcels to 47,000 different addresses? You have to get up very early if you deliver the mail, but there was a special place to eat your breakfast.
