Set sail for success

Peer Tutoring

In KS1 and LKS2, we have been using peer tutoring to develop our pupils reading skills. Research has shown that this can be a powerful tool for improving attainment across the curriculum. Children in LKS2 have been trained as peer tutors and have a weekly session to read with a friend in KS1. We have been really impressed with their professionalism and can already see some future teachers developing!
