Set sail for success

Matisse Class 2012-2013

Matisse Class are having a very successful transition process into Year 1.

We have been doing lots of hands on learning through a variety of play-based activities, just like we used to in Reception! We are also beginning to learn to work in small groups more independently.  To continue our smooth transition into Year 1, we will continue using our special books and adding to them whenever we can. We will also continue visiting the EYFS to support our transition.

Our current theme is around our class artist - Henri Matisse, but we are also learning more about ourselves. Why not ask us about our learning?
