Hokusai Class - Sushi Making

Tom came to visit Hokusai Class to teach us how to make sushi.  Sushi means vinegared rice. 

We cut the nori (seaweed) and carefully shaped the sticky rice.  Then we filled it with with cucumber, carrot or ginger.  Finally we sealed the nori with a little bit of water.

Tom also showed us how to eat using chopsticks, some of us were really good at this!
