Cooking Club - Mayflower Primary School

This term Dawn and Sue have been helping children at Mayflower learn to cook! The aim for this club is to give the children an opportunity to cook simple, tasty dishes as well as extending their culinary vocabulary.

Rakim has told us, "I love cooking club because I learnt new words like china and crockery. The most awesome thing I did wasÂ chocolate chip cookies and lemon cookies".

WeÂ also cooked Chow Mein, tuna pasta bake, lasagne, fruit smoothies, peach crumble and many more! We can't wait to see what will be made next term!Â
